Put Some HO HO HO into your Christmas with this Holly Jolly Beanie.
As Christmas approaches I am happy to share my Holly Jolly Beanie pattern with you. The “Holly Jolly Beanie” can be a long Santa Style hat or you can have the Santa feel while wearing a regular slouchy style beanie, but with the fun of the faux fur brim for added fun in the Christmas season. I used a super bulky weight yarn for my Holly Jolly Beanie and the Cranberry colour is just perfect. For the super fluffy and fun brim I used a white faux fur yarn.

The Inspiration for my Holly Jolly Beanie Pattern.
Everyone loves Santa and it is so much fun to don a Santa Hat throughout the Christmas season. This year we especially need some fun and cheery things to do to spread the feeling of Christmas. We can wear our Holly Jolly Beanie whenever we go shopping and bring a smile to someone’s face. This is so important.
SO I came up with this quick and easy pattern to make a unique and fun Holly Jolly Beanie using only the double crochet and single crochet stitches and super bulky yarn. I love the touch of faux fur for the trim. Adding the snowy white pom pom is the final piece de resistance.
If you love slouchy beanies, then I think you might want to check out my Dreamer Slouchy Beanie or my Freedom Beanie. They also make fantastic gifts and make up so quickly.

The Holly Jolly Beanie free pattern is perfect for beginners as well as advanced crocheters. One of my favourite yarns for the Holly Jolly Beanie is Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick and Quick Yarn in Cranberry, but they look great in any super bulky weight yarn. Look for the number (6) on the label.
