Learn How to Crochet the Winter Scarf using this Free Crochet Scarf Pattern.

This Simple Winter Scarf free crochet pattern is so simple to follow and makes an accessory that is  perfect for autumn and winter days.

Introducing the Simple Winter Scarf free crochet scarf pattern. It is a great beginner scarf crochet pattern.  If you are new to crochet, then this is the pattern for you. I used a (6) super bulky yarn and it makes such a super squishy and warm chunky scarf.
I wanted to make this modern and stylish design as a simple Free Crochet Scarf Pattern for beginners. Often as a beginner to crochet it is hard to find simple patterns that have the reward of an accessory you can wear with pride. The Winter Scarf free crochet pattern is one of those patterns. You don’t need to know more than one stitch to make this beauty.
You can make this Winter Scarf using the half double crochet stitch.

Description of The Winter Scarf.

The Winter Scarf is made with super bulky yarn, (6) and I used Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick and Quick yarn. It is a wool acrylic blend and the 20% wool in this yarn makes it super warm and so soft and easy to wear.
This easy Winter Scarf is made using the half double crochet stitch.  It is simple to make as it is made flat working in rows.

Luckily I have a video for how to do the half double crochet stitch on my You Tube Channel.
Here is the right handed version.
And here is the left handed version.
