The “Warmest Feet Ever” Slipper Socks are just that. They keep your feet so toasty and warm during the winter weather. I hope you enjoy making them as much as I do.  I made these originally for my son who requested some slipper socks for Christmas. I have since made pairs for two of my daughters and for myself. I thought I would make it available to others so I am offering my Free Slipper Socks Crochet Pattern here on my blog.

This Slipper Socks Free Pattern is so beginner friendly.

I have always had issues in the past when it came to slippers. I decided to go for it and came up with this design. Using the double crochet stitch it is a simple pattern for beginners. There is some sewing required at the back of the heel. That is all the seaming there is.

For those new to crochet, I have added videos on youtube that will demonstrate the double crochet stitch for both left and right handed crocheters.

What is the Best Yarn for the Warmest Feet Ever Slipper Socks.

I make all my Warmest Feet Ever Slipper Socks with Lions Brand Wool Ease Thick and Quick.

The reason I chose Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick and Quick for these slipper socks is it is 20% wool which means they are extra warm. They feel so soft and comfy when you slip your foot into them.

This yarn comes is so many beautiful colours you are sure to find something you love.

You can also use other bulky weight yarns with this pattern. I made some with Bernat Softee Chunky yarn as I loved the bright red they had in this yarn.

I also had some variegated yarns I had bought to make mermaid tails and I decided to try it out with this slipper pattern and they turned out great.
