Rustic Coasters: Crochet Pattern
Today I am happy to share my new Christmas Rustic Coaster Crochet Pattern with you.
This Christmas Rustic Coaster Crochet Pattern uses the circle in a square technique. Coasters are such a quick and easy crochet project and they add a bit of practical fun into your home. Coasters are a great way to protect your table surfaces in your home. Make sure you use a washable yarn for your coasters.
Hi everyone. I am so excited to share my Christmas Rustic Coaster crochet pattern with you. The rustic feel comes from using the super bulky yarn, and if you can find colours that have flecks in them that adds even more to the rustic aesthetic of the coaster. I used the Kale green Wool Ease Thick and Quick yarn from Lion Brand and it has the lovely flecks to create the rustic effect.

If you enjoy making mug rugs and something useful for your home, I have a pattern for a lovely Super Simple Dish Cloth. This can also double as a spa face cloth. Something else you can make for your kitchen is my Practically Perfect Potholder. These fun patterns are great as they are a nice sized project that you can pick up and make quite quickly and they don’t need much yarn.
I have a crochet tutorial for my Chunky Coasters which use the same technique as this coaster pattern, but have a different colour change pattern.
For those new to crochet, I have video tutorials on my Carroway Crochet YouTube Channel that will demonstrate how to crochet the single crochet stitch as well as other beginner crochet stitches. I have both left and right handed version available to help beginner crocheters.
I also have a video for my Boho Mug Rugs which might interest you if you are into coasters and mug rugs.
Here is a video tutorial for my Boho Mug Rug. Right Handed.
And here it is for those who are left handed.
