Description of my Christmas Coffee Cup Cozy:

This Christmas Coffee Cup Cozy is made with the simple half double crochet and the double crochet stitch so it is beginner friendly. It is made in the round so there are no seams to sew up.
There are so many colour combinations you can use that will give it a different feel and vibe.  Christmas Coffee Cup cozies make a great gift and they are so quick and easy to whip up. These cozies also double as iced coffee cup cozies, which are popular right now as so many people enjoy iced beverages.  They make the perfect cup holders
Don’t forget to pin it for later so you don’t lose it.

The great thing about this design is that you can make it as tall as you like, and so customize it to meet your needs.

Design Inspiration for my Christmas Coffee Cup Cozy

This cozy is great for Christmas but works all year round.  The cheerful stripes and the cute scalloped edge warm your heart as well as your hands.
I wanted a cozy especially for Christmas so this shows in the colours I chose. Stripes are always a fun style and changing colours using the half double crochet stitch makes for a dramatic cozy that stands out in the crowd.

I am always searching for solutions for new cozy ideas. I have already made a shorter coffee cup cozy to keep your drink warm, and a  mug cozies as well as mason jar cozies. There is also an Iced Coffee Cup Cozy.
The way theses cozies are created means that they act as a coaster as well as a hand protector. It is a simple design that really makes this cozy super useful. A cozy and a coaster in one.

This coffee cup cozy is hard wearing and you can use them for both indoors and outdoors.

This Coffee Cup Cozy pattern is perfect for beginners as well as advanced crocheters.

Along with the double crochet and the half double crochet, this pattern also uses the Back Loop Single crochet stitch.
I love the pretty scalloped edging on the top of the cozy. This is so easy to make and creates a touch of finesse on this colourful striped cup cozy.

Introducing the Christmas Coffee Cup Cozy Pattern. This Christmas Coffee Cup Cozy is such a modern, light, and environmentally friendly cozy. It is reusable and a versatile and eco-friendly option for keeping your hot beverage hot. Make it from bright cheery colours for Christmas time or you can make it in your favourite neutral tones. The choice is yours
The Christmas Coffee Cup Cozy is made with the simple half double crochet and the double crochet stitch. It is beginner friendly. There is one row of back loop single crochet. It is for a large 16 oz plastic beverage cup.
This cozy has been made with Christmas Holiday colourways but you can use any colours to give your cozy a different feel and vibe.  Coffee cup cozies are a great gift and they are so quick and easy to make. They are very popular right now as we choose to drink our warm winter beverages.  The Christmas Cup Cozy makes the perfect cup holder as it keeps your beverage and your hands warm. They are a cozy and coaster all in one.
For those new to crochet, there are many videos on my Carroway Crochet YouTube channel that will demonstrate the half double crochet and double crochet stitches.
There is also a special scalloped edging to finish off the cozy. So pretty and it is easy to do.
