Are you thinking you might try to make a crochet hand towel to go with your Alternating Single Crochet Washcloth?  You are in the right place.
In this post I will take you through the simple steps on how to make this Alternating Single Crochet hand towel. This crochet hand towel has been designed using the alternating single crochet stitch and is meant to go with the Alternating Single Crochet Washcloth pattern. It is such a great texture and makes a beautiful set for your washroom or kitchen.
This free Crochet Hand Towel Pattern is a fun crochet project for a beginner, but its also a great  crochet hand towel pattern for those who are more experienced.
Hand towels, that can also double as kitchen towels, add a soft and beautiful feel to your home. Their texture is quite different to a terry towel. Also you can make your crochet hand towel in all kinds of colours to create a beautiful matching or contrasting set of towels for your space.
I was inspired to make the Alternating Single Crochet Hand Towel after creating the matching washcloth. Previously my subscribers have asked me if I had a matching hand towel pattern when I have shared a pretty washcloth pattern.  Just like the Alternating Single Crochet Washcloth, you will find that this crochet hand towel is also an easy pattern to make as it has a simple repetitive pattern.
Once you have the single crochet and the single crochet back loop only stitch mastered, this hand towel is something you can work on while watching your favourite show. Plus, hand towels are useful to have around the house once they are completed. They also make fabulous gifts.
This is an easy crochet project which will give you sense of accomplishment in an afternoon.  Having a quick Crochet Hand Towel project to whip up allows you to mix things up between your larger crochet projects.
The gorgeous texture of the Alternating Single Crochet hand towel is created by the simple one row repeat pattern.
