    1. Hi there. All I can suggest is you carefully read the instructions in the purple rectangular graphic on her page. This has helped others who had difficulties.
So sorry for your frustration. The code is working if you do that.
      Pam

      1. Hi! I’ve tried to get the baby rattles pdf but each time I enter the coupon code BABYRATTLES nothing happens. The price stays the same, it doesn’t say the coupon code is invalid or expired. It gives you the option to remove the coupon but that’s about it.
        Thanks!

    2. I’ve tried repeatedly to use the coupon code BABYRATTLES for the Ice Ice Baby Rattles with no success. Cost is not zero, it’s $4.00 with code.

      1. I am trying to get a plan B in place. Ravelry is glitching. Many are able to get it for free and for others it is not working. I will post an update when this is resolved. Ravelry is beyond my control.

      1. Sorry. I hope you went back to check as the link was posted early this morning PST. I was driving to the ferry and travelling all day so I missed this. So sorry. I might still be working.

        1. Hi I have emailed the designer and asked for it to be changed to the traditional way a coupon code is used, with the button leading to the listing. I have added a bonus pattern for you to get today.
The designer is in another time zone so i am not sure when she will see my email. This will be fixed at some point so please come back to get the pattern when the issue is resolved. Ravelry is a great website but sometimes these issues arise and they are out of our control.
Thanks for letting me know and I hope you understand we share your frustrations when things don’t work as they should.

          1. For those of us who missed it because we could not get the code to work, will there be another chance for us to get the pattern for free?

      1. Are you referring to the bunny pattern. That code was working when I checked it and I wrote up detailed instructions so you could get the free pattern. I am so sorry this did not work for you.

        1. The “Ice Baby Rattles” code is not working. They are so cute, I can’t wait to make them. Thank you!

  1. I’ve tried a number of times with various blog hop pattern, but none of them are working …
I have the coupon code, but every time the message is “coupon expired”
This is turning out to be a waste of time … so thanks but no thanks …
    Have a great day …

    1. Hi Jan. The pattern coupon codes are checked daily and they have all been working. They are only valid for the day of the pattern being featured and it is midnight to midnight Eastern Standard Time. I tend to leave the codes up for a day after the feature to try to offset the fact people come to the blog hop from all around the world, but if the designer chooses to cut off their free pattern right at midnight EST that is their right.
One thing that can happen with Ravelry is sometimes you can be logged out without realizing it, so make sure you are logged in. Also if you have more than one pattern in your shopping cart you need to delete the one that is not on offer as a free pattern so the coupon code can be applied. Also sometimes you need to remove an old code that may have been used in the past. Click on remove the code if you see an old one showing up. I hope these tips help you.
      Pam

    1. Hi Desiree. If you look closely under where it says $4.00 it says “free” and you can download it. this is what you see. -$4.00 USD
      Total: free (C$0.00 CAD)
It is live everywhere in all the time zones. Thanks and I hope you try again and get the free pattern. Make sure you are signed in as sometimes you can be signed out of Ravelry for some reason. Also if you have more than one item in your cart, delete the unwanted items before applying the coupon code. Hope this works for you. Pam

      1. Hi, Pam,

I am having the same problem as Desiree. I tried twice shortly after 4 AM EST on November 20th, once typed the code in, once copied and pasted it to make sure of no typos, but the price did not change to free, and it did not say “free” under the $4.00. It did not say that the code was invalid or expired; the price just stayed the same. I clicked “check out now”, and it prompted me for a credit card, and at that point I hit cancel and deleted the cart. The pattern for the rattles was the only item in my cart, and I was signed into my usual account. In fact, I had just successfully downloaded another free pattern from another blog hop, one of several going on this month. Thanks for whatever help you can provide.

        1. Thanks Pat. I have emailed the designer and asked for it to be changed to the traditional way a coupon code is used, with the button leading to the listing. I have added a bonus pattern for you to get today.

      2. Hi
That is not working for me either. When you add the code it doesn’t deduct the amount.
I have nothing else in my cart and I’m signed in.
        Kind regards

        1. Hi Trudi. So Sorry.

      3. I have the same problem also, the code doesn´t make the pattern free. after adding the coupon code the cost is still 4 dollars plus tax.

  2. I had the same problem. It recognizes it because it doesn’t say it’s invalid but there’s no discount being taken off. It goes straight to PayPal.

  3. I’m having the same problem as Desiree. Applying the coupon code for the baby rattles isn’t making the item free. I’ve tried different browsers, cleared cache and restarted – it’s still $4.00 after I apply the coupon and takes me to Paypal.

    1. Thanks Laura, I have emailed the designer and asked for it to be changed to the traditional way a coupon code is used, with the button leading to the listing. I have added a bonus pattern for you to get today.

  4. I’m having the same issue as above. Apply code and it still shows the price. I don’t have anything else in my cart and I’m signed it. When I hit purchase it takes me to PayPal to pay for it. I’ll check back later though because sometimes there is just a little hiccup. It’s such an adorable pattern. Thank you for doing this blog hop! I appreciate all these great patterns. I just washed you to know that I’m having the she issue that someone else mentioned.

    1. thanks Carrie. It is great people let us know. I have emailed the designer and asked for it to be changed to the traditional way a coupon code is used, with the button leading to the listing. I have added a bonus pattern for you to get today.

  5. Hi!
I keep trying the code BABYRATTLES with no luck. When I proceed to checkout I am brought to PayPal with a $4 balance.

    1. HI June. I know it is so frustrating.

  6. The code BABYRATTLES for November 20 is sadly not working on the Raverly site. I am not sure what is wrong. I am signed into Raverly, I enter the code and the pattern is still full price. Are you able to assist with this? Thanks in advance!

    1. Hi Tara. It is beyond our control.

  9. Day 20
I have tried, logging out then back in, a different browser, clearing the cache, using the lamb coupon supplied to put in the code and finally going into Ravelry on the main page.
I always get the code is acknowledged but the amount does not go to zero. It stays the same as before the code is typed in. I did try upper and lowercase too.

    plus Australian GST: $0.40
coupon code: BABYRATTLES Total: $4.40 (AU$6.88 AUD)

    Sincerely, Maria

    1. No problem. I like to know when things go wrong. I am waiting to hear from the designer. I think our time zones conflict. I have sent an idea to her and hope she agrees. Thank for your patience.
